Wednesday Worthy Restaurant - 30E Anniversaire Restaurant

I was talking to a friend tonight about her upcoming 30th birthday party. As she was going through where and when to kick off the festivities, I offered up my suggestions for what would be a memorable fête and thought about what I'd like to do for mine in a few years. I knew instantly where I'd love to have my milestone dinner, a restaurant I've been dreaming to dine at, Kong in the 1st Arrondissement in Paris. The restaurant has a glass dome ceiling with views of Paris, namely the Seine and apparently the LVMH headquarters and an open, Philippe Starck-designed, modern dining room. With Paris-mixed-Tokyo décor, clear Louis XV armchairs and the lights of the city all around, it is practically my version of heaven. It keeps getting better, no matter what the age. Have a great one!
