Friday Fashion - Thanksgiving Frock

November is amazing, with the passing of crazy Halloween celebrations with friends come the family holidays that are my favorite. I am uber-pumped for this Thanksgiving as I'm packing my bags and heading west to my brother's house in Montana for some serious fresh air, skiing (hopefully if we get snow), hiking, cooking and logging in some quality time with mi familia who I feel so blessed to have in my life. I have two older brothers who are super athletic, down to earth, funny, loving and a blast to be with, whether during our skiing or golfing outings (my brothers are pros in both), nights out or whatever else we do, it is always epic. Watch out for when the Babcock's come to town! Like any other event, one thing I always look forward to is the dress I'm going to wear, it's ridiculous I know, but I believe the dress often defines the moment. I'm such a cheese. I'll never forget when I lived in LA and arrived at my friend Andrew's house for his Thanksgiving feast in my little, white convertible in a bronze, shimmering shift, alas that was LA and in "Montucky" as they call it, it will have to be a bit or a whole lot more toned down. I've been searching for the right frock and am currently loving this Milly dress, shown in picture but the shopping continues. Have a great weekend!
